We carry a variety of local, national & international, Balsamic vinegars, Olive oils & Salad & Vinaigrette dressings, ideal for all cooking requirements. For that quick meal we have a choice of flavoursome Risotto's & Pasta's, ideal for that unplanned visitor, a must for all store cupboards.

Stored on our wall in old apple boxes sit bright little canisters, these are our fabulous herbs & spices from 'The spice shop', Also the sitting neighbour in a lovely red canister is our smoked spanish paprika these brighten up any kitchen.

CHEESE
We have a range of around 30 different cheeses available

Blue - Colston Basset Stilton probably the most famous and best of blue cheese, creamy texture with a tangy flavour goes very well with our Fig Chutney and our Welsh Oat cakes. Look out for our local Caws Cenarth Perl Las.

Hard - Cheddar being the most recognisable one with its nutty spicy but mellow flavour, and a creamy flaky texture (not like the soapy rubbish on sale at the branded supermarkets). Our Welsh Cheddar matches perfectly with the Tracklements Plum Chutney, also try our local Caws Cenarth Mature Cheese or Our local Teifi Remarkeable Valley Caerphilly.

Soft - Somerset Brie, Brie de Meaux are the names most batted around but try some of our local Caws Cenarth Perl Wen with some crisp green grapes and crusty baguette.

Stinky - No the cheese is not off ! Local award winning Teifi Celtic promise / Saval is a washed rind cheese, which gives it its sticky smelly characteristics (also its wild mushroom farmyard flavour).Their award winning Nettle, smoked and various other flavours are a must.

Goats / Sheep's - Dietary requirements have made goats and sheep's milk cheeses more popular coming in hard, soft and blue, many varieties being rolled in ash or herbs. With a fluffy white bloom on its rind goats cheese is rich and creamy with an initial burst of tanginess. Try our Spanish sheep's Cheese 'Manchego' or ' La Alberca' covered in Rosemary or , Spanish Murcia Al Vino Goats Cheese, or our Welsh soft organic goat's cheese on some of our Rye or Charcoal wafers with Quince or Tracklements Onion Marmalade.
